One of our main fundamental pillars with momentum is Mission and that incorporates, purpose, meaning, success and what that truly looks like.
So one of the things that might be handy at the moment if you're looking to keep yourself busy and if you're looking to take up a new habit or a skill, it's just understanding the basic process to taking those things on. How do we create habits?
So with momentum one of the things that us boys are really big on is laying the foundation of what we perceive to be the pathway to change and the first step in that is raising someone's awareness.
We can often forget about the importance of emotional intelligence With so much talk and testing on IQ. Intelligence based on things like studying math, English, the sciences and things like that which are valuable and have places where they are invaluable, but a lot of the research actually suggests now that in terms of high performers what sets these people apart from the rest is their level of emotional intelligence, or EQ.
One of our major pillars for MoMENtum is Mindset. Mindset is how we view and perceive the world and situations and our ourselves and its profound in our ability to make positive change and also experience of life in general.
