We do this through our Mentorship programs, corporate workshops and community resources.

What's your biggest fear?
Being delusional and not getting the most out of life. 

What challenges have you overcome?
Mental health, bankruptcy, brief thought of ending it all. 

What does your morning routine look like?
5am alarm, meditation, journaling, TRE, training (2hrs) then breakfast.

The book that changed your life?
'Lost Connections' by Johann Hari

What's your biggest fear?
That I am not able to create the life of freedom and impact that I want.

What challenges have you overcome?
Leaving my 9-5 job to start my own business in a totally new industry with $15k Credit Debt and no savings.

What does your morning routine look like?
5am wake up, meditate for 30 mins, train at gym, then coffee & read / hour of work, then breakfast.

The moment that changed your life?
Learning to meditate. It changed my life.

To never express my true self fully in this world.

What challenges have you overcome?
Creating a life in a foreign country with no money behind me, dealing with chronic anxiety and never having a stable job.

What's your biggest fear?
Not living up to my fullest potential and leaving my mark on those who I'm in the position to help.

The biggest challenge have you overcome?
The thought of feeling like I needed to fit in or please others. Stepping away from this mindset has improved my life more than I could have imagined.

What does your morning routine look like?
4am up, cold shower, journaling, setting goals/intentions and a gratitude list, then 20 minutes of meditation.

Biggest life lesson?
Treat all people equally. You never know what someone is going through mentally and physically, yet we all deserve respect and empathy.
